Open Reality has developed its own alerting and reporting application which
in turn links into some of the best monitoring and management tools in the
world, this is deployed at each customer site, as required, to monitor the key
points and services of the IT infrastructure Each site is different and
consequently the service is tuned to each customer
Open Reality uses this technology to present a comprehensive Network and
Infrastructure Management portal to our command centre team. A Single
Point of Contact (SPOC) is responsible for dealing with your IT issue from
initial alert through to resolution; including the escalation process to the
resolution team or other third party suppliers.
The Management and Resolution Team consists of trained engineers and
consultants working within carefully structured escalation and response
parameters to manage, diagnose and resolve any incidents affecting your
SLA.
