Tools
Open Reality provides tools and technologies for
Network and Infrastructure management, we also use these tools to in our
services division to support our customers networks; and we also help our
customers to use those tools to support their own networks. We know how to
use some of the most sophisticated equipment and have a vast range of
experiences in solving real world problems.
Skills
Open Reality runs a successful managed services
division (formed in 2000), has a well developed training division, a high level
consultancy team and a product support team. The experience gained by our
consultants in doing this work is vast. These skills and experience are

them how do you begin to diagnose the problem. The Open Reality network
healthcheck analyses the network design, the utilisation of the ports, the
users, the applications and the server performance. Provides you with a well
documented, complete, picture of your infrastructure performance and suggests
how to improve performance. Typically a one day service we would provide a full
detailed report on the core performance of the main switches and routers as well
as some application performance testing, however each customer is different and
so the healthcheck are tailored accordingly. This healthcheck is available as
one-off or continues service to fully meet your requirements and budget
