The Net Tool Optimizer conveniently links test and monitoring tools to any traffic on the network. The product combines unlimited connectivity options with powerful packet filtering capabilities, so each tool is fed only the data it needs from anywhere on the network.

• Any-to-Any – directs data from any link in your network to any tool
• Any-to-Many – eliminates the shortage of SPAN ports and TAPs by multicasting traffic from one link to multiple tools
• Many-to-Any – aggregates traffic from multiple links to provide tools a “big pipe” view

Traffic can be filtered based on Layer 2-to-4 criteria including: MAC addresses, VLANs, Ethertypes, IP addresses, and UDP/TCP ports. It works with any tool – including security / IDS, application monitors, sniffers, protocol analyzers, compliance monitors, VoIP analyzers, data recorders, network emulators, and open source tools.

Anue Net Tool Optimizer™ Product Series

The Anue 5200 Series Net Tool Optimizer is available in two models, supporting up to 28 ports per system. Both models that interconnect to increase port capacity.

• 5204 - twenty-four 1G ports and four 10G ports
  • Twenty 1G RJ-45, four SFP 1G, and four 10G XFP ports
• 5236 - twenty-four 10G/1G ports and four 1G ports
  • Twenty 10G/1G SFP+, four 10G XFP, and four 1G RJ-45 ports

Users can start with a base system of five 1G ports and conveniently add additional ports in one port increments via a software license.
